Aloha Friends,

For those who do not know me, my name is Kantharith Tito Kang (my friends call me Tito) I have a wonderful wife Davi, 2 great kids Brandon and Leia. I am 43 years young and as I gain more time on this earth of ours, I realize how young I am and how much I still don’t know. I have been blessed by having great mentors  in my life and look forward to those that God (Infinite Intelligence, The Universe, Allah; however you decide to call the Power that surrounds us all) will put in front of me. During the 20 plus years of my professional career, I have been most pulled into helping people. It is where I have found most joy, happiness, balance. Oprah had said that when you find out what you are meant to do, you feel at home. I never feel more at home then when I can inspire those around me to achieve their success. Although my professional career has led me to develop, grow and manage businesses; this incessant voice keeps ringing in my spirit telling me that my place is to share with the world inspiring words, moments and experiences so those I touch will believe and achieve their Full Potential.  In fact, as I reflect into my teenage years ( 14 to be exact) and traveled down memory lane to my high school days. I recall writing on a 3 x 5 index card the following:

‘ KTK Entertainment, Helping You Achieve Your Dreams’

I have lost that card with the moves we have had. However, its memory will forever be etched into my mind. I cannot escape my role onto this earth. Escape? I don’t want to. I want to embrace it, nurture it, develop it and make it propel.

Which leads me to this blog. I am 43 years young, I have learned somethings along the way. I believe they are the FOUNDATION which sets my learning for the next 50 years. Hence, I am putting myself forward. Yes, at the risk of making a fool of myself, I will be sharing with you the Foundation as well as the continued learning I will acquire. This blog will be my platform to inspire, coach, learn from all the friends I have to date and the ones I will add in the next 50 years.

Why LoliNation? What is Loli? Loli is Hawaiian for Transformation. I have chosen this as the title of my blog, because the one Key Principle (KP) I have found is that we Continuously Transform. We cannot change this law, it is irrefutable. The person we were yesterday is not the person we are today nor are we who we will be tomorrow. The question now is that if we transform, who will we become and what must we, can we do, to be who we want to be.

So as I continuously transform, I will share with you what has brought me to where I am today (The Foundation); what will I do or won’t do to drive the Next 50 years. During this time, as I inspire, get inspired, motivate, get motivated; I believe I will have completed the role I was put on this earth to do.

I look forward for you to share my thoughts with others, your thoughts with me. If I accomplish my role with one person than that will be worth all my efforts. If I accomplish my role with a multitude then that will be worth the effort of Infinite Intelligence.
